PAYMENT POLICY

$25-$100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required to book. Deposits can vary by service and goes towards total price. All deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Deposits can be used for rescheduling appointments within the same month. If rescheduling outside of the original month of appointment another deposit will have to be paid.

Appointments can be rescheduled two times in one month. If you need to reschedule a 3rd time, a new appointment will need to be made.

LATE POLICY

All clients have a 15-minute grace period and will be charged a late fee of $20 after 15 minutes. Appointment will be cancelled after 20 minutes of no-show. No call no show will be charged 50% of service. More than one no call no show will be banned from booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel online or notify me 48hrs prior to appointment. Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of service. If on any occasion I cancel, your full deposit will be refunded.
